Friday, May 22, 2015 - Still a very good, very drinkable Bourgogne Rouge, but fading a bit. Fruit fading, and the oak is now dominant in the flavor profile. Look for this wine in future ripe vintages and pop and pour. If you still have the 2010, drink up.
