Saturday, April 13, 2013 - One of the best 07 BdMs I've had so far. I've had around four 07s so far and this was the most harmonious at an early date. Popped the cork about 90 minutes prior to drinking but no decant. Next time I might decant just to further open everything up. This is classic in everyway with weightless, pretty fruit, minerality and a velverty mouthfeel. Delicious with pizza tonight from Pizza Luce.
