Monday, December 21, 2015 - Deep golden color. Nose of botrytis spice, vanilla, orange peel, dried mango, dried apricot, white peach, honey. On the palate, weightless with dried pineapple, apricot, honey, white peach, orange peel, and spice. Long finish with lots of zing. This could become a perfect wine with the right amount of time. Drink or hold.
