Sunday, October 31, 2021 - Light garnet in colour. Sophisticated and delicate bouquet, with a sweet floral and nectar undertone. Some wafting meaty and savoury background notes. Very complexed. Quite beautiful and gets better after decanting. Red petals and dark stewed fruit on the palate. The savoury note follows in the taste with some salted liquorice and bitter choc. Excellent balance and equilibrium now, feels like it will stay here till around 2024.
