Saturday, June 22, 2013 - Clear pale lemon color. Clean nose of medium intensity, starts with typical grass notes and green fruit, but it also shows an underlying sweetness that resembes freshkly pressed grapes (nice!). With some time in the glass, stalk/leafy notes emerge. Young
Dry mouth, medium body and intensity, medium+ on the acidity and medium alcohol (13.5%) showing herbal and green fruit (apple+pear), a bit out of balance with the acidity prevailing (but then again this a S.B.), medium finish. Young
Very good wine, mid to high price, drinking now (with food) but could hold.
