Thursday, February 14, 2013 - Noticeable more golden coloured than the Santa Barbera and the Bent Rock. Quite a delicate restrained nose. Good poise with zippy acidity and a little grip but huge density of flavour. Very long through the palate with notes of candied lemon and a dominant, and very tasty, salted popcorn flavour. Excellent.
