Thursday, December 11, 2014 - Raspberry and boysenberry fruit, a touch of plum right at the end. Good mouth feel, not quite satiny but pleasing. A soft on the finish for what I might have hoped for. Very good before dinner, but not enough acid to pair quite as well with the meal.

9/20/2019 Time in the bottle seems to have done this wine proud. No mention of being overly soft in my notes this time. Still has bright purple fruit and finishes with oak and vanilla that has a pleasant sharp punch.
