Monday, March 31, 2014 - 2013 editon of En Primeur - Kelly and Kevin’s excellent adventure; 3/26/2014-4/1/2014 (Mostly in Bordeaux and a night in Paris): Intense mineral driven nose, yellow citrus, also peach and honey. Good concentration, bright acidity and strong presence of mineral. Despite noticeable sugar, it is very precise due to strong presence of mineral and bright acidity. It went really well with spicy Szechuan dishes.
