Thursday, September 5, 2013 - Monthly tasting club LTC; Loire Valley, Vouvray (@ MvG): Fine bubbles. A lot of yeast in the bouquet. On the palate chalky minerals, some melon, apple and citrus. Not bone dry. Tasty bubble. Touch of bitterness in the finish. Certainly very good.
