Wednesday, October 26, 2011 - Noon Eclipse Vertical and some excellent Mollydookers (Mersch offices, Giva't Coach): Exquisite nose, bombastic and powerful. Lots of ripe fruits mixed with smoke. Full, round, soft and enjoyable tannins, well balanced and harmonic. Acidity is not high and the finish a bit bitter. This is the correct time to drink.
