Thursday, December 7, 2023 - Holiday Dinner - Mostly Bordeaux (Taberna del Alabardero, Washington D.C.): Very rich and opulent Yquem. A lot of dry apricot and pineapple. This is a very concentrated style of Yquem. It reminds me the 03 a bit, i.e. rich and concentrated.
