Thursday, February 27, 2014 - Monthly tasting club "The Tasting Club" 2014-02; Provence (@ JC): Expressive bouquet with fennel and some grapefruit. On the palate flowers, juicy, fresh and tasty. Some butter, some minerals, a touch of sweetness and also good and fresh acidity. Delicate wine. Great length.
