Thursday, November 6, 2014 - Lopez de Heredia Tasting - 4 decades (Sunfish Cellars, St. Paul, MN): Medium red color, 4mm bricked margin. PNP, drank 2oz pour over 25 minutes. Wow, great nose, funk and floral, savory, dried roses, red berry fruit, brown sugar hints. The palate is also a wow, intense and flavorful, elegant, red berries, cherry, rose, earth, nice oak, medium body, and a 30+ second finish. 94+pts.
