Surprising of the several vintages of Corison I've had, this was the most powerful (though haven't had the cool 2011 either). The tannins show a slight dustiness but they aren't so severe. It's the good kind of structured that is so refreshing. If I had a case my vices would surely get the better of me and knock off a couple of these in the short term. I think these cooler vintages play right in to Cathy Corison's hands. Really nice and pure. 92+
