Saturday, November 24, 2012 - Pale lemon in color. The nose is medium in intensity, with just a hint of petrol and peach. The palate is just off-dry and quite expressive, with a burst of pear, fuji apple and lemon lime. The flavor intensity is medium plus to pronounced. The acidity is medium plus, the alcohol is medium, the body is medium and the finish is medium. Very lively and fresh now, but likely to improve with more bottle age.
