Monday, June 17, 2013 - Honeycrisp apple nose. Bright burst of acid initially followed by tropical fruit flavors (pineapple, melon,etc). Long finish with some pleasant acidic notes.
Very food friendly. Surprisingly good compliment to herb and citrus marinated chicken, bar-be-qued veggies, and mashed potatoes.
