Saturday, June 15, 2013 - My first look at Saitone, wondering how it took so long. It's Burger night so out comes a Bedrock! Pop n pour to a blackberry/boysenberry nose, rich red and black berry fruit with mouthwatering acidity. No spritz here like mentioned previously by other tasters.
Two + hours in the spice is coming to the forefront along with some oak but that juicy mouthful of fruit persists. Really enjoyable now and the hard part will be keeping my hands off the remaining bottles.
