Tuesday, August 12, 2014 - Pop and pour. In the glass, clear pale gold. On the nose, a somewhat muted mixture of citrus, oak, and honeysuckle. On the palate, lemon is the primary note, with strong acidity, and secondary notes of honey and damp wood. This still feels quite primary to me; I'd say give it another 2-3 years before trying again.
