Thursday, December 2, 2010 - Holy crap, this was interesting. The nose (and palate) are exactly like those really soft, big chocolate chip cookies. Insanely sweet, but with decent acid - and tannins! - to support it. I didn't like the fortification aspect, but it was only up to 16%. Fascinating. $38/375
