Sunday, September 2, 2012 - Dragged out to pair with HMR's whole cherry clafouti. Very dark crimson, thick body. Very strong aroma of caramel, with fruit that I hoped would be bing cherry, but seemed more plum-like or port-ish. Novel, for sure, but it didn't get more interesting.
