Monday, January 27, 2014 - Straw yellow. Meyer lemon, lemon curd, pineapple, and lightly toasted nose. Medium body, crisp, juicy, green apple flavors, perfect amount of buttery goodness, and a long, minerally finish. This is one cool cat if ever I met one.
