Saturday, November 30, 2013 - Lovely biscuity nose with a light hint of citrus. Really fine mousse with lots of bubble. Quite rounded on the entry with red apple fruit and a rich, full yeasty character. Nice balance and a touch of salty minerality on the back of the palate.
