Friday, January 10, 2014 - Weekend in London; 1/10/2014-1/12/2014 (Londres - RU): Starting dinner at Hedone. Served by the glass.
Same good stuff, same good vibes from this producer.
Lovely even with chorizo, great with that oyster.
In any case it can't match 1968 Calvados I enjoyed at finish.

La misma calidad, las mismas buenas vibraciones de este productor.
Rica incluso con el chorizo, gigante con aquella ostra.
En cualquier caso a una altura menor que ese Calvados del 68 que disfruté como sobremesa.
