Saturday, January 10, 2015 - 53% Chardonnay, 29% Pinot Noir and 18% di Pinot Meunier. Mainly from 2008 vintage. Very rich nose: the fruit is blended with a chalky minerality. Citrus fruits -mainly lemon- apple, tosted almonds and hazelnuts, brioches. At palate fresh and vibrant, sapid and mineral, with a bitter finish which suggest a low dosage. Nice long finish.
