This cuvée is 66% from the lovely 2008 vintage, and 34% from reserve wines.
53% Chard, 29% PN, 18% Meunier. 1.5g/L dosage, disgorged March 2013.
Lemon zest, red apple skin, patisserie, hazelnut paste, white pepper...so very complex, lovely.
Bright and incisive on the excitingly long and evolving finish.
Drink now through 2022+.
