Just the best Rose Champagne I've ever had. Beautiful pink color (a little on the dark side), fluffy mousse, lots of kirsch, long aftertaste. Less austere that others, the slightly sweet taste was just perfect. I've had cristal, and i've had Krug (to say nothing of Vilmart, Billecart Salmon, etc..), but I think Dom Rose is the hands down winner.
