Been looking at this bottle for a while. Decided to pair it with a gold grade Snake River Farms NY strip.
Dark purple, youthful pinot nose. A little blocky, still a little too primary for me. If this smooths out, loses some of it's tannin/blockiness, can have upside.
I enjoyed it, hoping for more in say 2024, open next one then...
