Friday, March 1, 2013 - Light yellow color. On the nose toast, hazelnuts, brioche, and the wine is very transparent.
On the palate great concentration of grapefruit, toast, hazelnut, lime, bread and fresh green bell peppers. And it has a long finish.
Overall the wine is fresh, but not lacking complexity and concentration.
It has that lift - an airy feel that makes it more than a good burgundy. This simply has more.
Last I tasted his Pucelles (Puligny) and these are great wines.
