Friday, May 23, 2014 - Dark ruby. Expressive nose of cherry, cherry jam, sweet spices, coffee and earthy scents. Medium-bodied, round, soft and balanced with a med-long aftertaste. Modern-style Chianti Classico, very enjoyable and fruit-forward but absolutely food-friendly. Drinks nicely but could last for another 10 years.
