Tuesday, June 6, 2017 - I really liked this white Burg tonight too. Showed up a smidge cold but its always difficult to carry whites for 30 minutes to a venue and get the temp perfect. I'd rather have it start out chilly than warm. Classic minerality with bright energetic acidity but still a showing some richness and lushness of a range of citrusy fruit. We were fortunate to drink 3 stellar white Burgs tonight.
