Saturday, December 31, 2022 - Coravin fun - Bordeaux (My place, Kent Street): From Coravin. A little caramel; almost like a maderised quality over black fruits; plums, blackcurrant, brambles, dusty sweet spice, toast, cedar, slight leather. And that slight maderised note is reflected on the palate, plenty of drying tannins and fruit tea flavours backed by sweet spice and caramel complete the picture. Bah.
