Sunday, July 5, 2015 - 4th of July BBQ with Friends and good wine; 7/4/2015-7/5/2015 (Zurich, Switzerland): Light gold in color. Subtle nose of ripe apples and baked brioche. Fine bubbles, nice balance but a bit short in the finish. Easy drinking Champagne but in the current phase there are better alternatives for less money. Bottle Deg Oct 2012.
