Sunday, November 9, 2014 - P/proper temp. Med Straw color w/long, fine bubble stream dissipating some with time. Initial nose showed mature fruit and slight yeast with yeast blowing off. Extremely well balanced with med acid, good fruit, falling between green/yellow apples. Not even close to being "over the top"'. Incredibly drinkable, smooth, soft but not thin w/slightly tart long fruit finish. Clean throughout and not toasty or woody. Certainly one if not the best aged sparker I've had. Exceptional. Ideal drinking window but will hold for years yet. Nothing off. D/J bottle. $170
