Wednesday, April 5, 2017 - It's been awhile since I tasted it-- and it remains consistent. On one hand, the small, long and stable bubbles. Color slightly darker pink/rose compared to previous tastes. Medium plus finish. Opened up and extended over the course of the tasting ... light fruits and blossom smell, on the dry side. I would say that the time gave it additional value. Upgraded the palate once it was matched with lightly grilled seafood. Literally upgraded it to brand new wine.

Remains my reference point to rosé champagne. Pure pleasure in a glass
(~95, but I won't add a grade as I gave it 94+ and 95 before on CT)
