Friday, September 9, 2022 - 200 Burgundy Grand Crus from vintage 2000, 4-day blind tasting (Singapore): Pirate bottle. Now we are talking. Very complete, floral, sour cherry, meaty, sucrosité intermixed with a little green asparagus.
