Sunday, August 4, 2013 - Aerated with a Vinturi and decanted for one hour. Blackberry, currant, cherry, cocoa and spice aromas. Dark fruit core with firm tannins leading to a long, smooth finish. Medium-to-full bodied. A very good QPR. Paired with grilled pork kabobs.
