Monday, November 26, 2012 - Seaweed, iodine peat on the nose, with a sense of darkness/richness and a beefy quality, plus a sense of bacon and herbs. Richly sherried on the palate, the beverage equivalent of braised short ribs, with a dense and extra complex midpalate, and a warming finish that does not seem as high as 104 proof.
