Friday, January 25, 2013 - Sangiacomo is just a half step below the Gap's Crown. A little spice to start. Drinkable on P 'n 'P. Usually wine takes a while to open up. This was drinking very well to start. This was a smooth and silky wine. After 2 hours, the wine got richer. A little heat at this time, but it disappeared. Can't wait to see the improvement in 2015.
