Sunday, November 27, 2022 - Tasted over 4 hrs
-nearly semi-translucent brilliant dark red minimal bricking
-slight varnish note that fades a bit over 2 hrs may indicate a touch of VA sitting atop bright red fruit and wet stone
-med+ acidity, med/med- weight not particularly concentrated stony bright red fruit iron that takes on a softer texture and purer fruit after 3 hrs, wispy chalky med/med- tannins
-really quite nice after a few hours of air
