Friday, May 13, 2016 - THE Burgundy Dinner (The Doctors Nosnik Cellar - Dallas TX): Open several hours, with a 1-hour decant before serving. Dense and with lots of roast meat aromas and flavors. Black fruit with lots of concentration and almost perfectly matching structure. Great now, this will age gracefully for decades to come.
