Sunday, November 15, 2015 - Chaine Dinner at Bibou; all 5 bottles came from my cellar. A youthful purple-ruby core, turning towards ruby at the rim. Classic bouquet, offering up scents of earth, crushed stone, ripe black fruits, tobacco, and hints of leather. Classic in style, medium-bodied, light on its feet but with good depth of flavor; focused and long finish. Will no doubt improve over the next 10 - 20 years!
