Friday, June 28, 2013 - Had with escargot and duck - is ready to drink, took perhaps 45 minutes to open, still on the young side, no sign of harm from the very warm year, will probably wait another 3 years or so to open the 2nd of my 3 bottles wishing I'd bought a few more as this was a good value
