Thursday, November 27, 2008 - This wine seemed to be in a bit of a jaggedy, disjointed place with a nose dominated by coffee and oaky cedar. Much of the previously encountered sweet black fruit is gone or in hiding. A well structured and balanced palate showed up on day two offering currants, cigar tobacco and gravelly earth. Is this on a journey to a better place?
