Monday, January 26, 2015 - Opened & poured two glasses about 30 min before serving. Beautiful clear ruby red. The nose is a mix of smoky red fruit with a hint of baking spice. The palate is medium bodied, entering with bright, tart cranberry. This evolved into a haunting mix of smoke, orange zest & some darker berry notes. High in acidity, exceptionally refreshing & diverse with many different foods. More please.
