Wednesday, August 7, 2019 - Decanted for an hour and paired with grilled Delmonico steak dinner. Nice fruit, floral, and earth on the nose that followed through on the palate with dust and leather. A little thin on the mid palate. Some green olive just before the finish. Fruit, earth, and dusty finish. Worked well with the meal.
