Saturday, January 2, 2016 - PnP, drunk with a beef-and-celery risotto and merguez sausage. On opening, nose was mostly cherry and garrigue, the fruit replaced by sage and thyme after a few hours. Palate has lively acid, mild tannins, currant and berry flavors in the mix. Beautifully integrated, definitely ready to drink, but no tearing hurry. Great stuff!
