Monday, April 2, 2018 - Although this is a blend with a fair amount of merlot in it, it reminds me most of an EMH Black Cat cab. Medium bodied with good acidity, moderate tannins, and a streak of spice on the finish. This was good on its own and, because of the acidity, also went very well with food. Really wish I had more.
