Saturday, December 24, 2022 - A bit puzzling. When opened it had oxidized aromas and fierce tannins: when drunk several hours later, the tannins were tamed by the fat of the christmas fare and the aromas seemed straight and fine. No harm in cellaring for a longer time, for sure.
