Thursday, November 25, 2021 - Today I give thanks that, among other things, the bottle of this I opened last night was in fine fettle, and, if anything, IMHO, could comfortably be held for several years yet. Best at cool room temperature (so warm-ish for a white) and taken in small sips, when the brothy salinity of this cuvee showed to best advantage in this bottle.
