Monday, February 26, 2018 - WSET Level 2 - Day 3 (Pialligo Estate, Canberra, ACT, Australia): The appearance is clear and pale lemon in colour (almost gold). Tears are visible.
The nose is unclean (TCA; damp cardboard) with a pronounced intensity. There are subdued aromas of green fruit (very subtle nashi pear) and oak (very subtle vanilla, very subtle toast). The wine is faulty.
